  • Suchitra Lohia
    Co-chairwoman

    Suchitra founded Volta Circle to foster other businesses in building a resilient future. As a co-founder of one of the world’s largest recyclers of plastic, she brings a wealth of expertise in entrepreneurship and sustainability.

    Suchitra has co-founded and actively grown Indorama Ventures PCL (IVL), into a world leading industrial group and a pioneer of the Circular Economy. Today she is a member of its board of directors and the chairperson of the IVL Foundation, overseeing the company’s CSR activities. She plays a vital role in IVL’s culture, integrating positive practices into its day-to-day operations.

  • Aradhana Lohia Sharma
    Co-chairwoman
    Bangkok - Thailand

    Aradhana co-founded Volta Circle to drive innovation in businesses that advance the circular model. As a business leader, she has a passion for ideas that bring collective shared value, where purpose guides profit.

    At IVL, Aradhana oversees its wool yarns business, leading operations across Thailand, Austria and Czech Republic. She is also the vice chairwoman of the IVL, Foundation - a non-profit organization supporting girls’ education, children’s healthcare and sustainability. As well as a non-executive director of Thai Plaspac PCL (TPAC), a plastic packaging solutions provider.

  • Saanjali Lohia

    Saanjali is a member of Volta Circle's investment committee.

    Saanjali has previously worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she worked on numerous digital transformation and business development projects. She holds a BSc. from NYU Stern School of Business, New York, where she majored in Finance and Mathematics.

    Catia conceived Volta Circle from its inception, driven by a passion of creating tangible and sustainable change through backing like-minded entrepreneurs. As the managing partner, Catia spearheads all investments at Volta Circle.

    For the past twenty-five years, Catia has been investing in and transforming leading brands through business development, M&A, and Human Capital executive roles – within General Electric, Gucci Group, JAB Luxury, Coty and private equity firms. Today, Catia serves as a non-executive and advisory board member for a number of consumer companies.

  • Harley Green
    Investment Manager
    London - UK

    Harley joined Volta Circle to further his passion for investing in climate positive companies. As investment manager, Harley leads investment within the climate space and supports the team across all functions; from strategy and deal execution, through to portfolio management.

    Harley was previously principal at a London-based pre-seed & seed fund, where he focused on climate start-ups, leading multiple transactions and sitting on the board of several companies. Harley has invested as an institutional LP into venture funds, serving on fund boards and acting as an advisor to emerging managers. Before working in venture Harley joined a fast scaling startup which since exited for over $100M; prior to this he worked in deep tech talent acquisition. Harley holds an MSc. in Economics and Finance from Durham University.

  • Jennifer Sanduski

    Jennifer joined Volta Circle to bolster visionary ventures, driving profit through purpose. As a venture partner, Jennifer supports Volta Circle’s investments and network in the US.

    Jennifer’s decade-long experience spans venture capital, private equity, corporate innovation and social impact. Previously, she led strategy for the innovation and venture arm of a public company. Jennifer brings investment experience from a growth equity fund focused on the apparel and textile supply chain. Today, Jennifer serves as a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum.

  • Yan Yan Lin

    Singapore

    Yan Yan joined Volta Circle to support visionary entrepreneurs challenge the status quo and create a more sustainable future. As a principal, Yan Yan leads Volta Circle's investments and networks in Asia.

    Yan Yan has been investing in and scaling companies in Asia for over a decade. Prior to Volta Circle, Yan Yan drove investments in the consumer sector for VisVires Capital, and helped portfolio companies grow their business multiple-fold. Yan Yan holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a qualified lawyer in Singapore.

  • Clara Camesasca

    Milan - Italy

    Clara joined Volta Circle to execute her passion for avantgarde consumer brands and sustainability. As senior associate, Clara focuses on deal sourcing and execution globally, while fostering the constant refinement of the investment thesis and strategy.

    Clara was the first person to join the team, thus backing the build up of thesis and portfolio, and being involved at various levels in 20+ investments over the past 4 years. Prior to Volta Circle, Clara had experiences in the startup ecosystem and fashion industry. She holds an M.A. in Sustainability Management from ESCP and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Bocconi University.

  • Storm Sunderland
    Analyst
    London - UK

    Storm joined Volta Circle to champion ambitious founders tackling critical global problems. As an analyst, Storm focuses on industry research and deal support, while helping to implement processes.

    After graduating with a B.A. from Durham University in 2020, Storm attended Stanford to learn from founders and VCs across the Bay Area. Prior to Volta Circle she was working on a project in the field of humane technology; building out a concept that’s conscious of the role online social spaces play in shaping human behavior offline. Growing up, Storm was a competitive athlete which fuelled her particular interest in health-focused startups.
